Connecting 130 attendees in a 2-day fully-virtual symposium, ESBES 2021 finished successfully.
Held on a biannual basis for more than 25 years, the established event organized by the European Society of Biochemical Engineering Sciences represents a platform for scientific gathering, stimulating scientific advances in the field of biochemical engineering and encouraging communication, education, and interdisciplinary exchange.
Ink Conferences supported the organization of the event by building the event webpage, helping with visual and graphical design of the event, coordinating the registration process, collecting and management of the submitted scientific abstracts, as well as collecting the registration fees, issuing invoices, creating sponsorship packages and managing sponsors to attend the virtual event. As per organizers’ request special poster presentation platform was created as part of the event webpage, enabling the participants to discuss with to the poster presenters pre-, during- as well as post-conference and creating online discussion and idea exchange.
Having managed the 2-day busy event schedule that brought together 130 attendees and included 3 break-out sessions, Ink Conferences ensured that the program was carried out smoothly and to the satisfaction of all, the organizers, speakers as well as attendees.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, international conferences that were planned to be held in Slovenia are rescheduled or cancelled. Ink Conferences is in line with the changes in the industry and providing PCO services for virtual conferences as well.
